ULI London – Asian Restaurant in Notting Hill

I´ve recently discovered a jewel of Asian cuisine in the west.
Located at Notting Hill Gate, ULI offers a fresh, honest approach to Asian cuisine. Natural limed oak, soft tones of blue and contemporary art give the restaurant a clean and informal look, highlighted by a hanging garden of pendant lights.

The menu encompasses carefully selected dishes from Asia, all prepared using traditional Chinese, Thai, Malay and Singaporean disciplines. Asian food should be clean, fresh and healthy and that each dish should always be made from scratch, and the know exactly how to do it.

Originally established on the All Saints Road in 1997, ULI became a firm favourite among locals and critics alike. At its new home on Ladbroke Road where our terrace forms part of the vibrant local scene, ULI serves lunch and dinner all week as well as an extensive range of snacks, cocktails and beverages.

For some restaurants, Christmas décor is a bit of tired tinsel. Not so ULI. Here they like to celebrate the season by means of a veritable winter wonderland! Feast on the very finest Asian cuisine on ULI’s gorgeous fully enclosed and heated terrace, bedecked for the occasion with a ceiling of fresh foliage and hundreds of hanging baubles.

Or take it inside and enjoy some serious revelry in a dining room festooned with glittering stars.

Showing off their festive finery throughout November and December, both spaces create the perfect setting for everything from intimate gatherings with friends, family or colleagues though to larger parties of up to 65.

As you probably saw on my stories, i had such a lovely with the best bunch. Good laughs, great vibes and awesome food. What else you can ask for a Wednesday evening? Thank you very much for the invitation!
